½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon honey ½ cup Top Ramen, crumbled - ¼ cup roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
Julienne cut the cabbage, carrot, and red pepper. Set aside.
