Spicy black bean tacos
Spicy black bean tacos are a satisfying and easy-to-make breakfast recipe. With adjustable spice levels, wrapped in a tortilla for a comforting and flavorful meal.
2 potatoes 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ½ teaspoon salt or as needed 2 eggs ¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon whole black pepper, crushed 4 tortillas ½ cup hot salsa ½ cup cooked black beans ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cook potatoes by sautéing small cubes in oil with salt. Set aside.
Whisk flour into melted butter until smooth.
Place a tortilla on a prepping board, spread tomato salsa evenly, add black beans, cooked potatoes, and egg scrambles. Sprinkle red pepper flakes.
Fold the tortilla in a semi-circular shape and serve the spicy black bean taco. Enjoy!
