Spicy Garlic Edamame
Try this Spicy Garlic Edamame! It's a yummy, easy snack with a kick of flavor.
2 cups Edamame; 4 cloves Garlic; 2 tbsp Olive Oil; 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes; Salt to taste; 2 tbsp Soy Sauce; 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Start by cooking garlic in olive oil until it smells good.
Add the red pepper flakes and stir for a bit.
Now add the edamame, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and cook until the edamame is heated through.
Add salt to taste and serve hot.
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. If you want it spicier, add more red pepper flakes.
WHEN TO EAT. This edamame is great as a snack on its own, or as a side dish with sushi or noodles.
