Vegan pumpkin pasta sauce is a guilt-free, delicious recipe made with pumpkin pulp, nutritional yeast, and flavorful herbs. Simply cook pasta, blend pumpkin into a puree, and sauté it.

1 cup multigrain pasta 1 lb pumpkin 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil 2 tablespoons chopped garlic ¼ teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast ½ teaspoon salt
