Spicy shrimp rolls

Spicy shrimp rolls are a homemade version of a restaurant favorite! Made with sushi rice, cooked shrimp, mayo, lemon juice, and sriracha sauce, these rolls are packed with flavor. Avocado, cucumber, and carrot slices are added for a refreshing crunch. Roll it all up in nori sheets, slice, and enjoy!

1 cup sushi rice 2 cups water 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 6-8 cooked shrimp 2 tablespoons mayo 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 2 sheets nori ½ avocado, thinly sliced ½ cucumber, thinly sliced ½ carrot, thinly sliced

Cook 1 cup of sushi rice with 2 cups of water, then let it cool down. Mix in 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp sugar.
