Spicy Szechuan chicken

Spicy Szechuan chicken is a delicious and quick Chinese-style dish. Marinated chicken is cooked with broccoli and a flavorful Szechuan sauce made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and cornstarch. Perfect to serve with noodles or pasta for an authentic, spicy meal.

1 lb chicken 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for marination) ¼ teaspoon rice vinegar (for marination) 4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
