1 can tuna packed in water or oil (5 oz) 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 avocado 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce 1/2 teaspoon roasted red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp salt
½ cup red pepper, thinly sliced 1 cup lettuce 1 tsp lemon juice 2 flour tortillas, large
Prepare the filling by combining flaked tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, roasted red pepper flakes, salt, sliced red pepper, diced lettuce, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
Lay a large flour tortilla flat, leaving a two-inch edge.
