Strawberry Pineapple smoothie with yogurt

3 cups pineapple chunks,  1 cup strawberries,  0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt),  1 cup water or orange juice (as required),  1 pinch salt (optional),  3 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional), 0.5 cup ice cubes


Prepare the ingredients by measuring out the pineapple chunks, strawberries, yogurt, water or orange juice, salt, honey or sugar, and ice cubes. Ensure strawberries are fresh or frozen as desired.



Add all the ingredients to a blender. If using fresh strawberries, consider adding extra ice cubes. Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar to taste, or add a pinch of salt for balance.
