Vegan spinach pasta
A delicious vegan spinach pasta recipe with a creamy coconut milk sauce and garlic. This healthy and comforting dish is perfect for a family dinner, complete with roasted vegetables.
1 cup pasta 1 cup spinach 1 cup coconut milk pasta sauce ¼ teaspoon salt
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In a heavy bottomed pan, combine coconut milk pasta sauce, spinach, and cooked pasta. Cook for 3 minutes until well combined.
Cook for 3 minutes until ingredients are well combined.
Serve hot with roasted vegetables.
