Watermelon mojito

Enjoy a non-alcoholic Watermelon Mojito. It's easy to make in 15 minutes. A fresh, tropical flavor for parties or relaxing.

4 cups watermelon chunks,  5 mint leaves (or as required), 0.25 cup sugar (optional),  2 cups ice cubes,  1 cup sparkling water (optional)

INGREDIENTS

In a blender, add watermelon cubes and blend until smooth. Extract the juice using a strainer and discard any remaining pulp. Prepare a pitcher for mixing.

To the bottom of the pitcher, drop mint leaves. Add the watermelon pulp, sugar, ice cubes, and lemon slices. Consider adding sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
