Wheat flour dosa

This wheat flour dosa is an instant, soft, and crispy South Indian breakfast made with simple ingredients. It includes whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, and water, and is cooked on a nonstick pan with vegetable oil. Enjoy it with chutney!

- 1 cup whole wheat flour - ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon whole black pepper - ¾ teaspoon salt or as required - 2 cups water - 6 teaspoon vegetable oil

INGREDIENTS

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup wheat flour, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, and 2 cups water to make a smooth batter.

Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Pour a quarter cup of batter onto the pan from a distance of 6-8 inches.

Drizzle a teaspoon of oil over the dosa. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
