- 1 Cup Basmati Rice
- 2 Onion medium size
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 11/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables Cauliflower, green peas, carrot, beans,potato
- 2 Sticks Cinnamon
- 4 Clove
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt as required
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro /Coriander leaves/Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Mint leaves Chopped
Slice the onions finely. Fry them in cooking oil until it becomes brown and crisp.
In a mizing bowl, combine all the vegetable ingredients, 1 bay leaf, 3 cloves and 1 cinnomon stick. Add fried onnions also to the bowl.
Given a gently mix to make the vegetables coated with the masalas.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Gently mix till vegetables evenly coated with masala.
Add it to the fried rice and cook.
