Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 Onion medium size
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 11/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables Cauliflower, green peas, carrot, beans,potato
  • 2 Sticks Cinnamon
  • 4 ¬†Clove
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt as required
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro /Coriander leaves/Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Mint leaves Chopped

Instructions

  • Slice the onions finely. Fry them in cooking oil until it becomes brown and crisp.
  • In a mizing bowl, combine all the vegetable ingredients, 1 bay leaf, 3 cloves and 1 cinnomon stick. Add fried onnions also to the bowl.
  • Given a gently mix to make the vegetables coated with the masalas.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • Gently mix till vegetables evenly coated with masala.
  • Add it to the fried rice and cook.
