Ingredients
1inchcinnamon stick
1clove
1cardamom
2tbspcooking oil
1onionmedium size
1tomatomedium size
1tspcayenne pepper/ red chili powder
2/3tspcoriander powder
1/4tspturmeric powder
2Potatoescooked and peeled
2tbspcilantrochopped
1tspsalt or as required
1/4cup coconutground
Instructions
Chop onion and tomato finely
Cook, peel potatoes. And cube into bite size pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cinnamon stick, clove, cardamom.
Fry them until it becomes golden brown.
Now add onion. And cook in medium flame till it becomes pink.
Then add chopped tomato. Cook it until it becomes mushy.
Add cayenne pepper/chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Cook for a minute.
Add a cup of water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes, in medium flame.
