- 2 slices Bread any
- 2 tbsp Coriander chutney left over
- 10 Paneer cubes
- 2 slices Onion
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 slices Cucumber
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 2 slices Green pepper /capsicum
Saute cottage cheese in little oil with the drizzle of salt and pepper. And keep it aside.
In the same pan, toast the bread with little olive oil.
Spread the green chutney on to one side of the bread. And arrange the sliced veggies on top. Arrange paneer cubes as the top layer. Place another bread on the top.
Serve Paneer Sandwich with fries.
