Sweet Corn Cob is my most favorite snack, I love to have it even in the middle of my sleep. Who says 'No' to these soft, textured, mild sweeter, juicier sweet corns.
Remove the husk and silks(thread like structure around the tip of corn). In a big pot pour required water which makes corn to get floated, bring it to boil. Add salt, drop the cleaned and washed corns, again bring it to boil. After 3-4 min the water starts getting boiled and simmer the stove for 12-15 min. and Leave it in the water, till serving.
If you take that out of water and kept remaining outside, it tends to become dry. So serve them accordingly. Serve it with drizzle of lemon juice with salt and chili powder.
Here comes the most complicated part, 'eating'. It is definitely an art to eat these corn kernels without sticking to teeth. If you could eat row by row, it hardly gets into the teeth. If you are not excelled in this art, then nothing bothers us as tooth brush are there to come to our rescue.
