In a large mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, semolina, carom seeds, cumin seeds, ghee, and salt.
Rub the flour well, so that every part of the flour incorporated with ghee.
Add water in intervals, and combine to make a smooth and stiff dough. Then keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll and spread out like a circle.
Cut diagonally and crosswise to make 1-inch size of square shaped.
For the frying
Over medium heat, place a frying pan and add vegetable oil.
When it becomes hot or reaches 350F, add the square-shaped dough without crowding.
And fry for 2 minutes and turn to medium-low heat and continue to fry them till there is no sizzling sound and no big bubbles seen. Flip them occasionally.
Strain and transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
