Ingredients
Tandoori masala powder

black peppercorn

The marinade

yogurt
/ curd

Instructions
Making Tandoori chicken masala spice mix
If you are using a readymade spice mix, proceed to the marinade step.
In a microwave safe plate, place all the ingredients listed for making the spice mix except, garlic powder and ginger powder.
And microwave for 1 minute until the spices turns warm.
Allow it to cool to the room temperature and grind to a fine powder.
Now mix well with garlic powder and ginger powder.
Store in an airtight container for later uses.
Make the marinade
In a mixing bowl, add chicken, tandoori powder, red chili powder, yogurt, and salt.
Mix thoroughly, so that the chicken breasts evenly coated with the masala we made.
Allow it to marinate minimum of 20 minutes.
Grill
Place the chicken in the preheated grill, cook both the sides, until the grill makes seen on both the sides.
Serve it with some raw salad, chopped vegetables.
Notes
Chicken thigh meat portion can also be used for this recipe. You may take a few minutes more to get cooked than chicken breasts
