Wash and clean baby Bok choy. Clean with running water and rinse thoroughly to remove any impurities, dust or sand. Need to take care as the roots may have some stubborn sand particles. Carefully I rinsed for about 4-5 times. Mince garlic and chop bok choy finely, keep it ready for cooking.
Heat 4 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan. Add sesame seeds and minced garlic, saute in high heat, till the garlic starts slight discoloration.
Add chopped bok choy to the pan and continue to saute in the high flame. Once the bok choy shrunken from its original size. Add cooked rice, salt and saute it until everything is evenly blends up with each other well. Check for the salt, and add if you need. Remove from fire, and serve Bok Choy Fried Rice hot immediately along with stir fried chicken or tofu.
