Sweet Rava Paniyaram recipe, an instant deep fried snack best for teatime. These sweet balls are crunchy on the outside and super soft inside.

- 1 cup Semolina /Rava/ Sooji
- 11/2 cup All purpose flour /Maida
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cardamom gently crushed
Combine Rava, sugar, maida, crushed cardamom, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Add the little water at a time to make a thicker batter.
Set aside for about 15-30 minutes.
Heat Oil in pan for frying. When the oil becomes hot, scoop the batter with a table spoon.
And gently drop them into the oil.
In the medium flame, fry them until it becomes golden brown.
Strain them and transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Serve Rava Paniyaram hot.
