Mushroom pepper fry recipe
Mushroom pepper fry recipe made with fresh button mushrooms, green peppers, crushed black pepper. A spicy side dish perfect for easy weeknight dinners in Indian style.

Servings 4 people
- 3 Cups Mushroom sliced
- 1 Cup onion sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato sliced
- 1 cup cup green pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt or as required
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp black pepper crushed
In a pan, add cooking oil and minced garlic. Saute for a minute.
Then add onions. Saute until it becomes soft and translucent.
Add tomato and fry for a minute.
Add green pepper, mushroom and salt. And combine all the vegetables well.
Close the lid and cook it for about 15 minutes or until the all the vegetables are done and when no water is visible on the pan.
Add crushed black pepper and chili flakes.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. And Serve Hot.
