Dry fruit laddu
Dry fruit laddu is a tasty snacking recipe loaded with dry fruits and nuts. Super quick, easy to make tastes fabulous with cardamom flavor.

Ingredients

cup
almonds
½
cup
cashew nuts
½
cup
pistachios
2
cups
dates
1
cup
apricot
dried
1
cup
fig
dried

tablespoon
ghee
/clarified butter
¼
cup
light brown sugar
optional
¼
teaspoon
cardamom powder
Instructions
Grind almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios coarsely.
Then grind dates, apricots and figs coarsely using the same food processor.
In a pan add ghee(clarified butter), and the ground nuts mixture.
Saute them until it changes the color slightly.
Then add sugar.
Now add the ground dry fruit mixture, and cardamom powder.
Then saute again for couple of minutes until everything blends together.
Switch of the flame. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
Then start making laddu using your palm.
Once the laddu cools down completely, transfer them to the air tight container.

Notes
Adding sugar is optional. On the other hand you may also swap with honey or jaggery.
I have added brown sugar for this recipe.
