Storing Ideas.
Room temperature. Using up to 5-6 hours is fabulous at room temperature. The pineapple jalapeno sauce gets enhanced when it sits for 2 hours.
Refrigerator. Perfect to use within 2 days. Always prefer an air-tight container to avoid any external contaminations.
Freezer. This pineapple jalapeno sauce is a freezer-friendly recipe. Store the leftovers in ziplock bags. And it is suitable for 2 months.
Pro tips. Wear gloves while deseeding the jalapenos. These hot peppers give out burning sensations when they contact the skin.
