In a medium heat, place a saucepan filled half with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
Add honey to a glass mixing bowl and place them over the saucepan. Make sure the bottom of the glass bowl does not touch the water level.
And stir the honey continuously with a spatula for about 2-3 minutes or until the honey is slightly thin down.
Remove it from the heat, and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Then transfer it to an airtight container and ENJOY!!
Notes
Storage Tips:Room temperature. Good to use this hot honey sauce within 3 to 4 weeks.Refrigerator. You may also store it in the fridge for four to five weeks.
