Ingredients

cup
pasta
For the shrimp
1
tablespoon
vegetable oil
1
tablespoon
garlic
minced
1
cup
shrimp
rinsed and deveined
½
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
¼
cup
water

cilantro
chopped and loosely packed
1
tablespoon
lime juice
For the sauce

tablespoon
vegetable oil

tablespoon
garlic
minced

tablespoon
all-purpose flour

milk
½
teaspoon
salt
or as required

parmesan cheese

teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Cook pasta as per the instructions on the package.
For cooking shrimps:
In medium flame heat a pan, add vegetable oil and minced garlic.
Saute it until garlic's changes the color.
Add rinsed, cleaned shrimps and red chili flakes.
Saute it in the oil for a minute and add water.
Allow it to cook completely.
After the water evaporates, add chopped cilantro and lime juice.
Saute until cilantro combines well with shrimps.
For the pasta sauce:
In simmer flame heat a pan, add vegetable oil and minced garlic.
Saute it until the color changes.
Add all-purpose flour, stir continuously until it changes it color.
Add a cup of milk, cooked pasta, salt, red pepper flakes, and allow it cook until it thickens.
Add grated parmesan cheese and stir the pasta coats well with the sauce and cheese.
Add shrimps, toss and serve immediately.
