Frank’s RedHot Original
/hotpepper sauce

tablespoon
honey

tablespoon
lime juice

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
paprika
/cayenne pepper

unsalted butter

chicken tenderloins
/breast/thighs/drumsticks/wings
Instructions
Melt the butter.
In a mixing bowl, stir in the hot sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, and butter.
Stir well until combined.
Reserve about 2-3 tablespoon of mariande for the glaze.
Add in the chicken tenderlions to the remaing marinade.
Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375°F,
Bake the marinated chicken for 20 minutes or until it is done in the center.
Remove it from the oven, and brush it with the marinade reserved for glazing.
And serve hot.
Notes
Replace frank's hot sauce with any hot pepper sauce.
Swap cayenne pepper with paprika for adding up the heat.
