Ingredients
4
teaspoon
vegetable oil
1
cup
idli-dosa batter
4
teaspoon
chutney powder
Instructions
Over medium heat, grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Gently pour ⅓ cup of batter and spread it in a circular motion and make like a flat circle, similar to a pancake spreading.
And drizzle 1 teaspoon vegetable oil over it.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chutney powder on top of it, once it is half cooked flip it with a spatula and cook in on both the sides.
Now, serve this podi dosai hot by transferring it to the plate.
Notes
Normally it does not require any side dished, but it tastes good when served with sambar and coconut chutney.
