Ingredients

tsp
vegetable oil

teaspoon
black mustard seeds
2
tablespoon
urad dal
/ skinless black gram
1
red chili
1
tablespoon
tamarind
thick extract
2
tablespoon
grated coconut

cup
cilantro
fresh/coriander leaves
½
teaspoon
salt
or as required

water
Instructions
Over medium heat, in a pan, add black mustard seeds, urad dal, red chili, tamarind, grated coconut.
Stir until mustard seeds splutter.
Add cilantro. And stir for a minute.
Allow it to cool to room temperature.
In the blender jar, add the coriander mixture, salt, and water. Grind it to a fine mixutre.
Serve as condiment.
