Instructions
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Farenheit.
Wash and Clean apples. And slice thinly and evenly with a food slicer.
Arrange them a tray which is lined with parchment paper(parchment paper or a good liner is the must for the best results).
Sprinkle ground cinnamon.
Bake it in the preheated oven on 230 degrees for 2 hours or until apple slices becomes crisy. Flip them couple of times in between the baking time.
Leave the tray in the oven, even after switching off the oven. This process makes a firm, crispy apple chips.
