This spicy French toast is filled with flavors, easy to cook in 15 minutes. And excellent have as breakfast or at dinner(with sausage).

Ingredients

slices
bread
4
eggs
¼
tablespoon
milk

tablespoon
hot sauce
1
tablespoon
serrano pepper
minced
¼
teaspoon
turmeric powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder

tsp
salt

teaspoon
butter
Instructions
In a wide mixing bowl, add egg, milk, hot sauce, serrano pepper, garlic powder, turmeric powder, and salt
Whisk until the mixutre becomes light and frothy.
Over low-medium heat, place a griddle. And add butter at the center.
Gently dip each bread slices into egg mixture to coat it well on both the sides. And drip off excess.
Cook it for a minute on each side or until it becomes golden brown.
Remove it from the pan, and repeat the procedure for the remaining slices as well.
Serve hot.
Notes
Refrigerate. Transfer to an air-sealed container. And it's good to use within a day.
Freeze. These are good to store for up to 3 months when frozen.
