In a mixing bowl, add salmon fillets, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
Marinate the fish by using hands to combine all the ground spices to coat the fish pieces. Make sure that the spices get evenly covered. Leave it aside to get marinated for about 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Heat grill in the high heat setting. Spray cooking oil on the surface of the grill. Place the spices coated fish fillets over the grill plate. Again brush oil liberally and close the lid. Flip the salmon fish or 2-3 times in regular intervals. Grill for about 4-5 minutes or until the fish gets cooked completely even in the center part of the piece.
