Ingredients

Rava
/sooji/Semolina
11/2

all purpose flour
/maida

cup
sugar

cardamom
gently crushed

teaspoon
baking soda

vegetable oil
for frying, substitute with the cooking oil you use
Instructions
Combine Rava, all purpose flour, sugar, crushed cardamom, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Add the little water at a time to make a thicker batter.
Set aside for about 15-30 minutes.
Heat Oil in pan for frying. When the oil becomes hot, scoop the batter with a table spoon.
And gently drop them into the oil.
In the medium flame, fry them until it becomes golden brown.
Strain them and transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Serve Rava Paniyaram hot.
