Ingredients

green yogurt

ground cinnamon

pure vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven for 350°F. Grease and dust the baking tray.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs and beat it until it becomes frothy.
Then add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, vegetable oil, greek yogurt, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, and salt.
Gently fold the batter and combine them well. Then add mashed banana and again give it a gentle fold.
Add ¾th Cup of fresh blueberries to the batter and reserve ¼th cup of berries for the topping purposes.
Give it a gently fold one more time, so that berries spreads evenly to the batter.
Then pour the batter in the lined/greased and dusted baking tray.
Place the remaining blueberries evenly over the top.
In 350°F for about 30 minutes or until the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Place it in wire rack to cool down to the room temperature.
