Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute until they slightly change its color.
Add washed and cleaned shrimp with ¼th teaspoon of salt.
In the medium to simmer flame, continue to cook it for about 3 minutes on each side.
Once the shrimps are completely cooked, add Sriracha sauce.
Saute until the sauce coats the shrimp well.
Remove from fire and Toss it with pasta or serve as a side.
Notes
If you are using cooked shrimp, thaw and toss.If the shrimp turns opaque and C shaped, means the shrimps are cooked well.Serve along with steamed plain rice, or less seasoned pasta. The recipe is extremely spicy, so caution while adding sauce while cooking. If you are adding lesser sriracha sauce, then add tomato ketchup to get this spicier look.
