vegetable oil

garlic

red bell pepper

broccoli

soy sauce

rice vinegar

sriracha sauce

light brown sugar

Instructions
Over medium heat, in a heavy-bottomed pan, add vegetable oil and minced garlic.
Saute for the minute.
Add sliced red bell peppers and green bell peppers. Saute again for 3 minutes in medium flame.
Add broccoli florets and saute for a minute.
Add minced ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, light brown sugar, and cooked noodles
Saute till the noodles nicely get coated with the spice mixture.
Add chopped peanuts.
Serve hot.
