This Chili lime almond is one of the delicious alternatives to the regular roasted almonds you eat every day. Plus, its vegan, low carb irresistible snack.

Ingredients

cup
almonds
1
teaspoon
red chili powder
2
tablespoon
lime juice
½
teaspoon
salt
or as required

tablespoon
cilantro
minced
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, add almonds, red chili powder, lime juice, salt, and minced cilantro.
Combine them until almonds are coated well with the added ingredients.
Set aside for 1 hour to soak the almonds.
Preheat the oven for 350 degree farenheit.
In a baking tray, spread the almonds evenly.
Bake by flipping occasinoally for 18 minutes or until it is done.
Remove it from the oven and allow to cool down.
And enjoy snacking.
Notes
The baking time varies according to the oven and the size, quality of the almonds. So do check in between.
You may discard the lime juice is any.
