Oven roasted peanuts
Oven roasted Peanuts with warm Indian spices with added little sweet and tangy twist with Cranberries. Best as healthy snacks should be substituted for all junk foods.

Ingredients

lb
peanuts
raw

teaspoon
salt
or as required

teaspoon
vegetable oil
any

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

cup
cranberries
dried
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease the baking tray.
Add raw peanuts, salt, and vegetable oil.
Mix it well, till the peanuts are coated well with the spices.
Spread the peanuts. Bake for 20 min or until they are done. Stir them occasinally.
Remove from the oven and when it is still hot add cayanne pepper and mix gently.
Finally toss cranberries and combine.
Serve Baked Peanuts as a snack.
