  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Saffron optional
  • 1 Cardamom


  • All we need is milk, yogurt/ curd, and sugar. Scoop out mango flesh. In a blender, add scooped out mango, milk, yogurt and sugar. Blend it well to form a smooth thin paste.
  • Served Mango Lassi chill with sprinkled saffron / pistachios on the top.
