It is perfect as a side for barbecue, seafood, and grilled meats or as a topping for tacos, burgers, and sandwiches.
Adjust the heat level by modifying the Cajun seasoning and hot sauce—add cayenne or red pepper flakes for extra spice or reduce them for a milder taste.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to five days; stir before serving. Freezing is not recommended as the mayo may separate.
