Instructions
In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, chili powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the texture turns smooth.

Notes
Adjust the heat level by modifying the amount of chili powder or hot sauce, or add crushed red pepper flakes for more heat.
For the best flavor, let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes and whip it again before serving.
