Ingredients
1
cup
Greek yogurt
full-fat or low-fat
2-3
tablespoons
Sriracha sauce
adjust to taste
1
tablespoon
lime juice
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
salt
or to taste
Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
Serve as a dip, spread, or drizzle. Enjoy!
Notes
If the sauce is too runny, use thicker, strained Greek yogurt or reduce the lime juice. Add more yogurt or a touch of honey for a milder spice level.
Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days; it is not a freezer-friendly recipe.
Enjoy the sauce as a dip for grilled meats, roasted veggies, or fried snacks, and drizzle it over salads or rice bowls.
