cranberries

sugar

water

orange juice

jalapeños
seeded and finely chopped (adjust for desired heat)

teaspoon
orange zest

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, water, and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the cranberries start to pop (about 5 minutes), add the chopped jalapeños, orange zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. It will thicken more as it cools. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
