Ingredients

Japanese sweet potatoes

tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
paprika
optional

teaspoon
roasted red pepper flakes
Instructions
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
Cut them into thin, long, even-sized fries.
To a large bowl, add the sweet potato strips, olive oil, salt, black pepper, roasted red pepper flakes, and paprika.
Toss until the sweet potato strips coats the spices.
Set your air fryer to 375°F.
Place the sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately with your spicy dipping sauce.
