Carefully remove the pineapple's skin and eye(the black spots) using a sharp knife.
Then, cut it into desired shape(like slice or bar)
Add the cut pineapple, Tajin seasoning, lime juice, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well, until the spices mix coat the pineapple evenly.
Place the pineapple slices on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
Remove the grilled pineapple from the grill and place on a serving platter.
Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciously spicy grilled pineapple!
Notes
To Store: Transfer the remaining spicy grilled pineapple to an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
To Freeze: If you plan to store the leftover grilled pineapple for a longer period, transfer it to freezer-safe containers and freeze it for about a month.
To Thaw: When ready to use, thaw the frozen pineapple by placing it in the refrigerator overnight or using the microwave's defrost setting gently.
To Reheat: While this spicy grilled pineapple is delicious to enjoy as chilled, reheating is not recommended as it may make it mushy.
