Ingredients

sweet potatoes

paprika

Instructions
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes (or leave the skin if you prefer). Slice them into ¼-inch thick fries.
To a large bowl, add the fries, olive oil, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, crushed red pepper, ground black pepper, and salt.
Toss until the fries are evenly coated with seasonings.
Place the fries in the air fryer basket or tray.
Airfry for 12 minutes or until the fries turn crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like ketchup, ranch, or aioli. Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the heat level by adding more cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper for extra spice, or reduce the cayenne for a milder flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Lay fries on a tray to freeze before transferring to a Ziploc bag.
Reheat directly from frozen by air-frying at 375°F for 5 minutes or until crispy and warm.
