Cedar Plank Salmon Grilled Recipe
Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon recipe, yields soft, juicy smoke flavored salmon with the right hint of herbs. The salmon great in taste and texture something similar to the restaurant's quality.

Ingredients
For the sauce

tablespoon
mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
hot sauce
For the salmon
2
salmon fillet
skin on
2
tablespoon
dejon mustard
¼
teaspoon
salt
as required

whole black pepper
Instructions
For the spicy sauce
Combine mayonnaise and hot sauce and whisk well. And set aside
For the salmon
Soak cedar planks in water for about 1 hour.
Wash and clean fish well.
Pat dry them with paper towel.
Generously spread dijon mustard.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Allow it to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Set the grill to the high.
Reduce the flame to medium.
Grill cedar plank for 2-3 minutes or until grill marks seen on the planks.
Place the skin sided fish over the plank.
And cook it for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes depending upon your desired level.
If the internal temperature shows 165° F, then it is perfectly done and ready to eat.
Drizzle the spicy sauce over grilled salmon.
And serve with steamed vegetables and extra spicy sauce.
Caution
Keep the planks away from the direct flame. Check in between the grilling time to avoid any over burning of cedar planks.
