- 1 cup sweet corn frozen
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot grated
- 1 tbsp cilantro minced
- 2` green chili or serrano pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tso chaat masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tso salt or as required
Cook corn kernels until it becomes soft and tender. Allow it to cool.
In a mixing bowl, add cooked corn kernels,chopped onion, tomato, carrot, cilantro and green chili.
The add spice powders like, red chili powder, coriander powder and chaat masala.
Combine them well, until corn coated well with the spices.
Transfer to the serving bowl and serve immediately.
