Udan, Hakka, Ramen, or spaghetti pasta

Instructions
Cooking the Noodles:
Place a large pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Drain them and set them aside.
Making the Sauce:
In a large pan, add sesame oil and minced garlic.
Sauté the garlic until it becomes fragrant.
Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pan.
Stir well to combine the sauce.
Tossing the Noodles:
Add the drained noodles to the pan with the sauce.
Toss gently until the sauce evenly coats the noodles.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the spicy garlic noodles with additional red pepper flakes.
