Instructions
Cooking the Noodles:
Place a large pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Drain them and set them aside.
Making the Sauce:
In a large pan, add the vegetable oil and minced garlic.
Sauté the garlic until it becomes fragrant.
Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and crushed red pepper to the pan.
Stir well to combine the sauce.
Tossing the Noodles:
Add the drained noodles to the pan with the sauce.
Toss gently until the sauce evenly coats the noodles.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the spicy garlic noodles with additional crushed red pepper.

Notes
You can adjust the heat by controlling the amount of crushed red pepper and chili garlic sauce to match your spice preference.
Store the leftover spicy garlic noodles in the refrigerator for up to three days or in the freezer for about two months.
