Add all the ingredients to a saucepan, and stir well until all the ingredients gets combined well.
Turn the heat to low and stir occasionally. And cook for 7 minutes or until the sauce turns glazzy and thickens to the desired consistency.
Notes
Use your favorite ketchup brand, or substitute Worcestershire sauce with 1 teaspoon soy sauce + ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar for a similar savory tanginess.
Adjust the spice level by reducing hot sauce for mild heat or adding cayenne pepper and smoked paprika for extra heat.
Simmer the sauce until glossy and slightly thickened; it will continue to thicken as it cools.
Store cooled Red Ranch Sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 4 months.
Thin the chilled sauce with a splash of water and gently reheat until it reaches your desired consistency.
