Instructions
Cook tapioca pearl according to the package instructions.
Strain it add honey.
Combine gently until the pearls are completely covered with honey. And Keep aside.
In the blender, add avocado, milk, condensed milk, and ice cubes.
Pulse until the mixture becomes smooth and silky.
In the serving glass, add a tablespoon of tapioca pearls at the bottom.
Then add avocado mixture and the pearl alternatively for one or two times.
And Serve immediately.
Notes
Customization & Substitutions: For a dairy-free version, swap condensed milk with sweetened coconut, soy, almond, or oat milk.
Boba Pearl Selection & Cooking: Boba pearls come in different sizes and colors (black or white). Cook them according to package instructions and coat them with honey.
Storage & Freshness: This recipe is best enjoyed immediately. Avocado browns within an hour, and boba pearls become rigid and lose their chewiness after 3-4 hours.
